  • Direct and easy access from the main highway leads the visitor into a large car park with access to the Centre via a “green route” in front of the building with restaurant terracing and seating open to the south.
  • Phase 1 will comprise a 12,000 m2 double sided enclosed shopping street with two main break out areas at either entrance. Management suite and toilets can be found off these “squares” with restaurants and cafes  located intermittently throughout the mall benefitting from external seating for use in the summer months.
  • The architecture is a result of creative cooperation between experienced architecture companies from Estonia, EA Reng, and Sweden, Sweco.

  • The building will form a single storey structure with stunning geometrically folded corten steel roof that will be visible from the main highway and provide good natural light to the interior.
  • Centre entrance features attractive glass solutions, providing attractive design, quality feel and high visibility to the scheme
  • Central walking path between the two entrances features wood facades, greenery and summer café, creating a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere for shoppers
  • The servicing into and out of the site is via a separate road spurring off the entrance road to the north of the scheme with minimal disturbance to the public areas.
