With over 30 hectare available for big box retail development Gate Tallinn will be the Estonia’s largest and most inclusive retail park, offering retail unit sizes from 750 to 25,000 m2.

Fashion

An architecturally striking building at the entrance to Gate Tallinn will house the only dedicated Factory Outlet Centre in Estonia, with 12,000 m2 of modern retail space.

Gate Tallinn Outdoors will be the largest dedicated retail cluster in the region, with 14,000 m2 of retail space, creating the first true retail destination for all sports enthusiasts looking for variety, quality, service and value for money.
