Gate Tallinn will host the new 25000 sq m office and logistics headquarters for Japanese tool manufacturer Makita. This site will serve the Nordic region and has been chosen because of the superb locational advantages. Makita have purchased 5.3 hectare land plot and aim to have the new HQ open by Q4 2022.
