Solina chooses Gate Tallinn for their production complex
Solina, an international food industry conglomerate, has chosen Gate Tallinn as the location for their production complex in Estonia. The 15,000 sqm building will house Solina’s office, production unit, product development laboratory and warehouse. The complex, developed by Kapitel, will be completed in the summer of 2024.

New Motor Center at Gate Tallinn
AS YIT Eesti continue their roll out of bespoke Motor Centers. Gate Tallinn has been chosen for the location for West Tallinn. YIT have purchased 1.3 hectares of land and are developing their concept.

Infrastructure and Roads Completed
The Saue link road and all estate roads and infrastructure at Gate Tallinn have been completed and opened. Marking this completion has been the handover today to Saue Municipality and the Estonian Road Authority. This successful conclusion means that all plots at Gate Tallinn have full road connections and services.

Gate Tallinn roads and infrastructure
